I am going to share here some of the recipes that I have modified to meet my own personal dietary restrictions which include gluten, dairy, soy, and cane sugar among others.
Since my meals and all of my goodies are gluten-free, I use all of the ingredients on the Gluten Free Pantry List (available under the downloads tab).
I make my own plant-based milk using a Soyabella Soymilk Maker which I purchased online several years ago. This is actually my second soymilk maker, but I honestly can’t remember which brand I originally owned. That being said, I do keep store bought unsweetened almond milk in the house for those days that I don’t quite get my act together to make milk as you have to soak most nuts before you make milk. Also, some recipes just taste better with store bought plant-based milk (in my opinion).
I use stevia (both liquid and powdered) as my main source of sugar substitution in recipes. However, I do use xylitol in some recipes when they call for a 1-to-1 crystal sugar substitution.
