- Shelley Case is a registered dietician and leading nutrition expert on celiac disease
- This book is a great resource for someone newly diagnosed with Celiac Disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity

- All of the recipes in this book are free from gluten, dairy, eggs, and refined sugar. Many of the are also free from soy, corn, nuts, and grains. It is an extremely easy to read cookbook with fabulous photos. It uses some unusual ingredients but the results are magnificent.
- Before my Candida diagnosis, I used this book for most of my baking and I have not found a recipe in it that I didn’t enjoy. I still use some of the recipes today and just swap out the “sweetener” used in the recipes to ones that I can use.
- The book includes a Pantry List, tips & techniques, and a section on bakeware & tools
